36x DIGITAL ZOOM PAN/TILT COLOR DOME CAMERA

The ACD-1500-S36’s Sony zoom module provides 36X optical zoom offering facial recognition at distances up to 488 feet. The Sony 36X incorporates a ¼” type Exview HADCCD™ with advanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP). This powerful combination enables these cameras to reproduce crystal clear and detailed images at an extremely high resolution of 530 lines. The Sony zoom module also provides WDR for auto compensation during varying lighting scenes and is the best quality zoom camera on the market today. The Sony provides unprecedented low light focusing.

The aluminum cast structure, IP 66 weatherproof rated housing includes a built-in heater/blower assembly facilitating harsh winter environments. The ACD-1500-S36’s modular design guarantees efficient installation and service.

Automatic night operation allows the camera to display color by day and black/white at night for excellent low light performance. Digital Slow Shutter (DSS) is also employed during low light providing very good night performance. Ordinary color cameras feature a fixed IR cut filter for clear color images in daylight conditions. The ACD-1500-S36, however, is equipped with a removable IR cut filter. Under very low light conditions, the IR cut filter is automatically turned off to deliver brighter images than other color video cameras do. Infrared illuminators can also be used for zero lux applications as the Sony module is IR sensitive. The camera also features programmable white balance, backlight compensation, tour mode, multi-protocol support and much more.

Sony’s Slow AE Response function is useful when monitoring areas in which lighting conditions change abruptly, such as scenes with headlights and license plate capture.

All cameras include a pendant mount, wall mount, and power supply reducing installation cost.
